Agroalimentary Heritage in Chile: oportunities from the public policy an the territorial approach

There’s no doubt in the last years it has been maked clear a growing interest to revalue and reposition diverse components of our alimentary culture. Through a serie of iniciatives lidered by public and private actors, this phenomenon of agroalimentary heritaging if well is starting to offer a countless of oportunities to farmer families, it carries away a serie of risks that are necessary to considerer in order to its rise.
