BOLIVIA – New rural development agenda and policies: Rimisp give contribution to the discussion in the Second  Regional Forum of Local Economic Development for Latin America and the Caribbean

Tiquipaya – Despite achieving a considerable improvement in extreme poverty rates in the last 15 years, Latin America and the Caribbean regions keep being one of the most unequals in the world. It's not just about social inequalities, but also territorial, citizenship, gender and ethno-racial. In order to get past these different gaps which obstruct the whole development in the region, it has become necessary to foster structural changes able to promote equalities, inclusion, respect and the aknowledgement of diversities and balance between territories.
