Marta Arosio, Italian from Monza, Master in Development and International Relations with a special focus on Latin American Studies at the University of Aalborg, Denmark. She worked as a joint researcher for the Latin American Center for Rural Development - Rimisp, for the Territorial Development with Cultural Identity (TD-CI) Program. Currently, she is working for Slow Food International for the Latin American and Caribbean Area.

The Rural Territorial Development with Cultural Identity (RTD-CI) Regional Program of RIMISP - Latin American Center for Rural Development, within the framework of the Bolivian Movement for Gastronomic Integration (MIGA), is running from September 2013 Territorial Laboratories (LABTERS) having as main objective the Regional Strengthening of MIGA, mobilizing all the actors involved in gastronomy, agrifood production and tourism sector, seeking the creation of partnerships between the public and private sector around the MIGA Principles.
