I come from the city of Valparaiso, where for many years there has been talk of creative economy. That same city that has many problems that everyone knows: fires, unemployment, garbage are a symbol of it. How do you insert the vision of creative economy and dialogue with the city that we live on a daily basis?

Last September 27th was the World Tourism Day, established by the United Nations since 1980. This year the slogan that has moved the communications around this day is related to guarantee the accessibility to tourism for all, acknowledging by one side the right for people with desability to enjoy tourism and leisure activities on equal conditions than other people, promoting inclusivity; and by other side, anticipating to the evidende of aging poopulation, life’s hope has highly increased in the last few years, and the older population is a growing segment that demands touristics products and services and in who we need to put atention on their requests.
